My fiancé and I had dreamed of purchasing a home for a while.  We had a list of items that we wanted to find in our first property.  We looked at many houses over the span of about a year and a half.   We became very discouraged after realizing that the area we desired and the features that we wanted were not within our price range.  Then one day we happened to come across a house that was listed by Diane McCarter.  After meeting with her for just a few moments by chance that day, we were really surprised by the knowledge and experience that Diane had to offer in comparison to other agents we had worked with.  From that point forward, Diane began to help us in our search for a home.  Diane offered useful prospective allowing us to better balance our desired features of our dream home with the realities of our budget.  Really, she treated us like family - during our entire search I was confident that she had our best interests in mind.  Diane was also very patient with us as we visited several properties.  We finally ended up deciding to offer on one of the homes that Diane had chosen for us early in our search.  With Diane’s experience I felt relieved to have her available to guide me through the process of the closing – it was obvious she knows the tricks of the trade.  I really appreciate all that she did to help us during this important time in our lives.  She used her knowledge to assist us in many ways, especially recommending a great mortgage program for first time home buyers.   I am truly grateful for the service Diane provided to us during the process of purchasing our first home.  She is a great agent and I would recommend her to anyone.  We are happier than ever in our new home!!
